Thank you for shopping with Fur & Feast! We’re dedicated to delivering fresh, nutritious meals for your pets as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) will typically be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Perishable Shipments

Fur & Feast meals are perishable. We use insulated packaging and cold packs to ensure meals arrive fresh. We recommend:

  • Refrigerating meals immediately upon arrival.

  • Tracking your shipment to retrieve it promptly.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Shipping Issues

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive as expected:

  • Include your order number and any relevant photos, if applicable.
